The proprietary right, operation right, income right, copyright, and trademark right of the services, products, and technology provided by this Wi-Fi network (the network) belong to the network operator and provider (the provider). You (hereinafter the User) can use the network only on the condition that the User accepts all the conditions and terms of this TOS. The User shall read this TOS carefully before using the network. If rejecting this TOS, the User shall not use the network. It is deemed that the User accepts all the conditions and terms in this TOS if the User uses any service or product of the network.

1. The User is aware of the risk and consequences of using services provided by the network, and agree to take the risk and bear the consequences. The Provider shall not be liable to such consequences.

2. The User shall assume full responsibility for content that he/she uploads, posts, and delivers via this network. The Provider is not responsible if such content violates any law or infringes any third party’s right.

3. The Provider does not guarantee that the network services meet the requirements of the User or the network service will not be interrupted. The timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service are also not guaranteed.

4. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the external links provided for the User. Moreover, the Provider shall not be liable for any content on any web pages that the links point to, since the content is not controlled by the Provider. The Provider also shall not be held responsibility for any loss or damage caused by using previously-stated resources.

5. If the network services is affected by a system fault, the Provider promises to cooperate with relevant parties to rectify the fault timely. However, the Provider and relevant parties shall not be responsible for the User’s economic damage caused by the fault. In addition, the Provider reserves the right to suspend any part of the network services for maintenance, upgrades or other purposes without prior notice.

6. When the User uses or accepts the Provider’s network or information, the User agrees to disclose the relevant information to the Provider (including but not limited to some user privacy, such as a mobile phone number), and accepts the information services provided by the Provider (including but not limited to SMS , as well as the promotion of various types of business information); without disclosing the User’s privacy information under the premise of the Provider has the right to user data for internal statistics, analysis and user data for internal business use.

7. The User agrees that the Provider shall not be liable for any loss arising from the following services or products provided by the Provider, based on the indemnity of such products and services:

7.1 Free access to various network services provided by the Provider

7.2 Any product or service provided by the Provider to the User for free

7.3 Any product or service provided to the User as benefit of a service package

8. The User shall be fully responsible for any loss, loss of information or damage of the User’s terminal system due to the use of any information downloaded or obtained via this network. The Provider shall not make any direct, indirect, incidental, derivative or punitive compensation for damage to profit, business reputation, and information, or other tangible or intangible loss caused by the following factors:

8.1 Use or unavailability of the network

8.2 Any product, document, or service purchased or obtained via the network

8.3 Unauthorized use or revision of user data

8.4 Other matters related to the network

9. The User shall not engage in any unlawful use of the network, including but not limited to any unlawful purpose of sex, transmitting any harassing, slandering, insulting, intimidating and vulgar or obscure content on the Internet via the network, deliberately producing or spreading computer viruses, or other behaviors that violating the law or regulations.

10. The Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove the contents of these terms at any time. The User shall review this TOS regularly to keep abreast of the changes. After the change of the terms has been made, the User accepts these changes by continuing to use the network. If disagree with the change of the terms, the User may waive the use of the network or terminate the services that have been obtained.

11. The Provider reserves the right of final interpretation of the TOS. The issues not covered are referred to the relevant laws and regulations of the nation. When the terms of service conflict with the national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail.
